Rule 14
Method to be followed in investigation or inspection

(1) When inspecting or inspecting the quality of a substance or process, the place where the substance is produced, the place where the process is being carried out, the place where the service is provided, the workshop or the place where quality control and testing is carried out or the warehouse where such substance or such substance-related blanks or prepared goods are kept. can enter etc. Before such entry, the inspector shall inform the applicant or the licensee of what he wants to inspect or inspect.

(3) The inspector shall disclose to the applicant or licensee the name, quantity and condition of the substance sampled in accordance with sub-rule (2) and give a receipt thereof.
(4) The inspector may conduct a quality test of the substance sampled in accordance with sub-rule (2) from a government or non-government laboratory recognized by the council.
(5) The inspector shall give a clear report to the office on the results of the investigation or inspection and any suggestions.
